It is the mission of Aunt Rita’s Foundation to be a fundraising organization that makes annually
distribution of funds directly to the many HIV/AIDS service organizations in the metro Phoenix area.
The Foundation is for the sole purpose of fundraising and provides no direct services.

During the past several years, Aunt Rita’s Foundation has been the coordinator of the annual Savor Life fundraising event.

In 2007, Aunt Rita’s Foundation made the decision to add an annual Aids Walk to their fundraising efforts to support the
needs of the Phoenix area HIV/AIDS community.

They have invited several agencies and community leaders to help form the team to reintroduce Aids Walk to the metro
Phoenix community.

With a vision of looking forward, the annual Aids Walk will become one of the largest fundraising events to benefit the needs
of the HIV/Aids service organizations in the Phoenix area.

Your participation in AIDS Walk 2008 will help provide necessary services to many of our friends who are served by the
various participating service agencies.
